Glass Beams
Created in Mumbai in 1982, the original song is one of the earliest records to use the Roland TB 303 bass line synthesizer – the sound of acid house. Futuristic without intention, the album pre-dates the first acid house records of Chicago.

Kiasmos / II
All songs written by Ólafur Arnalds & Janus Rasmussen
When Kiasmos started out in the late 2000s, little did they know that their part-time supergroup would go stratospheric. It was the sound of two old friends from neighbouring islands striking out against the stark piano and electropop music that they were individually celebrated for and effusively sharing their love of Berlin-inspired beats. But their pairing blew up into a world-dominating live act whose music went on to define the decade.
Kiasmos are returning, renewed and restored, with ‘II’. It’s the triumphant follow-up to their universally acclaimed self-titled debut in 2014, which re-envisioned minimal techno with orchestral flourishes and weightless production. They’d made most of that album in just two weeks; this time it’s been 10 years. The making of ‘II’ was a test of their friendship, but also testament to how great musical chemistry can always go the distance and be just the same as it ever was.

Two Lanes / Innervision
Berlin-based electronic duo TWO LANES have returned with their latest offering, the “Innervision” EP, a four-track journey that seamlessly blends their signature melancholic electronica with newfound vocal elements. Brothers Leo and Rafa continue to push the boundaries of their sound, creating a sonic landscape that’s both familiar and refreshingly innovative. Throughout “Innervision,” the duo demonstrate their ability to create electronic music that feels deeply human. The brothers’ contrasting musical backgrounds – Leo’s classical piano training and Rafa’s electronic production expertise – merge to create something greater than the sum of its parts. It’s this synthesis of organic and digital elements that gives TWO LANES their unique identity in the crowded electronic music landscape. (source)

BICEP / CHROMA 004 ROLA
Bicep have unveiled “CHROMA 004 ROLA”, the latest single to be taken from their ongoing CHROMA project. “ROLA” is another statement track from the duo: stripped-back and raw, with a distinct UK flavor, it was written, quite literally, with the dancefloor in mind as the opening track for their epic CHROMA takeover of London’s mammoth 15,000 capacity Drumsheds venue at the end of 2023.
“We wanted something dark and heavy to play as our first tune, as a stark departure from the Live show,” explain Bicep. “It's exactly what we're wanting to achieve with CHROMA, a track written for the dancefloor with a specific idea in mind. It's a chance for us to stretch our legs outside a traditional album cycle and focus purely on music for us djing. It feels really refreshing for us to write music and play it out that same week. It's been really fun for us to let people hear a bit of a tougher sound from us.”

Glass Beams / Mahal
Βγήκε. Flawless.
Their debut EP ‘Mirage’, released in 2021 catapulted them into the collective consciousness of new followers who came to discover their serpentine, psychedelic-tinged tracks through social media, streaming services and word of mouth, with the vinyl copies selling-out as quickly as it could be pressed via grassroots record store support.
In the wake of the unexpected success of their debut release and an abundance of festival invitations, Glass Beams were amplified around the globe performing hypnotic renditions of the 'Mirage' EP alongside an additional 20 minutes of unreleased music. Early clips of these “unreleased tracks” quickly began circulating online garnering millions of views and a fast-growing and ever-hungry following. As 2023 drew to a close and the dust settled after a whirlwind of touring, Glass Beams retreated to their home studio to record this much anticipated 20 minutes of music. They have named the record 'Mahal'.

BICEP / CHROMA 001 HELIUM
Bicep — AKA Andy Ferguson and Matt McBriar — unveiled their new single “CHROMA 001 HELIUM”, marking the launch of their ambitious new project, CHROMA. Representing a significant evolution for the duo, CHROMA combines a record label, a series of curated events, a brand new and constantly evolving Bicep AV/DJ show, and a unique visual identity created in collaboration with David Rudnick and his Terrain studio.
Discussing “CHROMA 001 HELIUM”, Bicep shares that "HELIUM was written specifically for our London Ally Pally shows at the end of 2022. The show felt a little too sweet in certain sections and we wanted to add some more grit into the show”. As a result “HELIUM”, they say, stands out as being "a bit darker and more club-focused than most of our music we have released over the past few years. Although it’s actually a pretty fair representation of what we’re listening to and playing in our dj sets".
The releases on CHROMA — which will all feature Ferguson & McBriar in some form — were formulated with an ethos to cover everything “from Acid to Alkaline”, and the idea behind the label is twofold: as both a home for their own more underground club focused productions, and also a platform to share their wider music styles. “We’ve increasingly wanted to show a more rounded picture of what we do in the studio,” they explain. “We do a lot of more heavy techno focused music, ambient and various other styles that don't really fit into the “BICEP” sound, and which often never sees the light of day.” As such, fans can expect a wider musical palette and range of BPMs, and there will be a number of collaborations and music released under aliases, each with their own distinct sound and visual identity. “We want to use CHROMA to push our sounds and challenge people more than we probably have in the past,” they continue. “The label is designed to evolve and draw on inspiration constantly, both musically and aesthetically. We’re wanting to essentially create a world that’s an up to date representation of us both personally in terms of our evolving tastes.”

George FitzGerald / Gleams
The English electronic musician is back with a vibrant new song called “Gleams,” written last summer while he traveled around Germany and France. “I was thinking back to the continental house records that I loved so much in the 00s, and the hours spent in record shops in Paris and Berlin discovering them,” FitzGerald said about the song in a statement. “This is my take on those memories.” [source]

Fakear / Hypertalisman
Τσίμπα και το πρώτο φετινό:
11 months on the release from his breakthrough album, the excellent Talisman, Normandy native Fakear returns with a sequel of sorts, Hypertalisman. At the heart of the album is a woozy, often picturesque trademark sound that cannily combines elements hyper-pop (specifically cut-up and mutilated vocal samples), deep house, and the kind of impossible-to-pigeonhole, UK bass-adjacent melodic excellence that was once the preserve of electronica.
